Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 5-day return window from the date of
delivery. Due to the nature of fragrance products and
health/hygiene regulations, our return policy is as
follows:
Unopened Products
We accept returns on unopened, unused items in their
original packaging within 5 days of delivery for a full
refund (minus original shipping costs).
Opened or Used Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept
returns on opened, used, or sprayed perfume
products, unless the item arrived damaged, defective,
or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item,
contact us within 5 days of delivery at
houseofzauq@gmail.com with your order number and
photos. We'll offer a replacement, exchange, or full
refund at no additional cost to you.
How to Start a Return
1. Email houseofzauq@gmail.com within 5 days of
delivery with your order number and reason for
return.
2. We'll send return instructions and an authorization
if applicable.
3. Ship the item back in its original packaging.
4. Once received and inspected, refunds are issued
to your original payment method within [5–10]
business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
unless the return is due to our error (damaged,
defective, or incorrect item).
Sale Items
Final sale / clearance items are not eligible for return
or refund unless defective
